These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of FundingHours’ website, funding programs, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”). By using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree that all information provided to FundingHours during the application process and throughout your engagement will be accurate, current, and complete.

2. Scope and Nature of Services

FundingHours offers assistance in identifying and applying for various business funding solutions, which may include:

  • Business term loans
  • Lines of credit
  • Business credit cards
  • Revenue-based or alternative financing
  • Equipment and invoice financing

FundingHours is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Our Services are limited to facilitating introductions and supporting the application process. All approvals, funding amounts, rates, and terms are determined exclusively by third-party lenders or financial institutions.

3. Fees and Payment Obligations

Service fees vary depending on the selected program, services provided, and level of engagement. All applicable fees and payment terms will be disclosed in a separate written agreement between you and FundingHours.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Fees are due pursuant to your signed agreement
  • Payment is not dependent on funding approval or outcome
  • Any refund eligibility will be governed by the agreement

FundingHours reserves the right to assess administrative, processing, or platform-related fees where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by your individual agreement. In general:

  • Refunds are not available prior to the confirmation of funding activity
  • Clients may request a review after the designated program period if minimum funding expectations are not met
  • Any approved refunds may be reduced by applicable service or processing fees

FundingHours does not provide universal guarantees of funding results. Clients are encouraged to carefully review all contractual terms before enrolling.

5. Consulting Fee & Refund Terms

By engaging FundingHours for consulting services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • A one-time consulting fee is required in advance of services being performed
  • This fee compensates FundingHours for strategic planning, administrative processing, and preparatory work related to funding efforts
  • The consulting fee becomes non-refundable fourteen (14) calendar days after payment
  • Refund requests submitted within the 14-day window must be made in writing and will only be considered if no substantial work has begun
  • After the 14-day period, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including funding outcomes

6. Client Obligations

To participate in the Services, you agree to:

  • Submit all requested documentation accurately and promptly
  • Respond in a timely manner to verification or follow-up requests
  • Refrain from independently applying to lenders introduced through FundingHours
  • Inform FundingHours of any material changes to your business, finances, or contact information

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Authorization to Share Information

You authorize FundingHours to share your information with lenders, financial partners, credit agencies, and service providers as reasonably necessary to facilitate funding opportunities. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, software, systems, and documentation provided through the Services are owned exclusively by FundingHours. You may not copy, distribute, or use such materials for any purpose without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundingHours is not liable for:

  • Funding denials or terms issued by third-party lenders
  • Delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information
  • Any financial or business decisions made based on funding offers

All Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. FundingHours does not guarantee approvals, specific funding amounts, or timelines.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Termination does not eliminate any outstanding payment obligations. FundingHours may suspend or terminate Services for noncompliance, misrepresentation, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming.
